we signed a contract with items that were not carried out on the day of our event. We must be reimbursed for their lack of fulfilling these services. Her response that we set up a conference call is FALSE. A conference call with CJN and Popolo Catering for the week of May 30th that CJN agreed to have was never made. Jamie sent an email stating they will not be persuing our concerns any furthur. I have attached the screenshot of this email corespondence with Jamie explicitly stating that she will not.Below is the last email sent to CJN event planning and they have NOT responded to the email or addressed it. We specfically asked the business owner, Jamie Neutill, to set up a time to discuss the issues outlined in the email below. Not only has she not responded to the email, she also has not set up a time to speak to us. The company has not returned our phone calls as well. This is unacceptable behavior for any business owner on how to treat their clients. Please take the necessary actions needed for Jamie to take accountabilty for her actions and to start addressing our concerns, instead of ignoring our repeated calls and not responding to our emails.------------------------------[redacted],As a vendor hired for our wedding, we believe you, as the business owner of CJN Event Planning, have certain obligations to address the issues that arose from the service your company provided.
