Hello ***, I did not unplug and slide your used appliance to the location that it sat when I put my cart under it and brought it out of your houseYour used appliance only had two front legs that were extended downIt had NO legs on the
backThis creates an even worse issue on your type flooring as it puts the front metal legs at an angle which most certainly will cause damage to your type flooringI have done over appliance deliveries without any problemsI am familiar with your type of flooringYour flooring would be damaged and is damaged where your appliance sat in it's original location with it's metal legs and NO pad directly under the legs as it was in the location where I put my appliance cart under itWhen I first arrived and you were in the garageI got out of my truck and the intoxicated individual that lives down stairs said "I need to put plywood down before you bring in the appliance so we don't wreck that *** FLOORING"! He was obviously disturbed and angry about the flooringThere was no plywood under the existing applianceHe became more angry as you heard and saw when I informed him no less than times and read the signed contract/delivery agreement to him that stated that the appliance must fit in/out of the homeIt is unfortunate that your appliance was moved prior to my arrival and placed in its location without the proper precautions for your type of flooringI will not be liable for any damage to your flooring including damage that may has occured when you brought in your new applianceYou may want to check and verify that it would be legal for you to get several estimates for repair or replacement and use an estimate and a contractor where your homeowners deductable would be absorbed and your flooring issues resolvedBest Wishes, Dave

I am not ***Now nearly days have pasted since an insurance claim adjuster never even showed upI just I will have to save another years to get $to replace the flooringI think now his business license should be revoked
