received 3" of rain last week after a very dry period and as a result, the topsoil was very wetWe believe that allowing the area to dry out would result in a satisfactory work productIt is apparent that our customer does not agree with this position.When I saw negative remarks placed by this customer on ***, I contacted them immediatelyAfter a short conversation on 10/in which the customer indicated they would only be satisfied with more clay and less topsoil, I instructed our superintendent to remove the topsoil, apply a layer of clay, tamp it down and re-place 1-2" of topsoil, as requested by our customerThis work was put on our schedule to be done as soon as possible, at no additional chargeWe do not feel we are obligated to do this, or that it is the best solutionHowever, we want our customer to be satisfied with our work productIn our phone conversation, our customer was very specific about the quantities of clay and topsoil they wantTherefore, we will oblige and make this change for them.We received the Revdex.com complaint in today's mailHad our customer first placed a phone call to our office to let us know their concerns, we would have taken steps immediately to resolve the situationThe negative comment on *** and the Revdex.com complaint were unnecessary.We have worked with excellence and integrity since on jobs ranging from $to $10,000,000.We are leaders in our industry and we do professional quality workWe receive very few complaints and always resolve any discrepancies quickly and satisfactorily.Regards,Kirk MPresident
