Terrible Customer serviceIf your out of stock on a item there should be some indication of that on the website before you take my money I was expecting this unit before friday and I did pay an additional dollars for day shippingI will no longer purchase from this website I did submit a request to cancel my order they never responded to that email but responded to my email when I asked why was my order still processingI work in customer service and to be honest if we don't have it in stock we let you know prior to you placing the orderSo now I have to wait weeks for a refund and a response
I would like too say when I ordered a wig and they were out of stock, they immediately told me and refunded my money. It was sent too [redacted] unbeknownst too me. [redacted] did not post it so I thought I didn't receive it,I thought it was going back too my bankaccount. So those who are waiting on a refund might look on their [redacted] account they may find it there as I did. I might also add sisterwigs responded everytime I sent them an email questioning my refund. So I am a satisfied customer!
This business is not professional and making the customer happy is not a priority at all. Sistawigs tell you one thing, then say another. It is really hard to get someone on the phone and when you do, they are very rude. I spoke with Alicia at one point, explained my problem with a braided wig that wasn't fully braided. So I was told that they would exchange it to something better and I didn't have a problem with paying more money. She said it wasn't a problem and that they would call me to go over the exchange.....They NEVER did! When I finally got someone on the phone after calling for a week, she said I would get a refund less 25%. It's unbelievable that they would think that I would want a wig that has every other layer with straight hair, when it should be all braided hair. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything. At the least, they should have given me a full refund. Some companies do work with their customers but not this one.
