Made an appointment, Carl called and said he was running hr lateWhen he came in an unmarked trailer and truck it seemed fishyHe sent his girlfriend in to look at carpet while she said HE WAS ON A MEETING CALLShe came in times to discuss price with me why he was supposedly still on phoneI told her to tell him come in when he is finished chattingShe went back out and they drove awayI called another Cleaner and they very professionalThey said ARROW CLEANERS ARE SCAMERS AND CRIMINALSTHEY THREATENED ONE OF THE CUSTOMERS FAMILY
Made an appointment with them for 5pm and they never showed upWaited until 8pm, called them times and left messages and no answer from them nor a curtesy call to let me know they are not going to make itCalled them again the next morning and still no answerWill not recommend to anyone
