Review: Yes hello I would like to make a complaint about one licensed installer and who put an illegal part gas tube when he installed instead of pipe when he first installed the new unit when I first purchased less than a year ago for $5000. Parts are lose of the installation. Later on he also sold me a cheap humidifier for 350 dollars and which was only a 90 dollar mister (which he said labor is 50 dollars and the part is 300 misrepresented price) and I believe has caused more damage to the unit. Because it stopped working for a month and may have caused damage to the furnace. He also didn’t install a place for the filter or a filter and I did not know until recently and never rectified the problem. He took out the bad humidifier which the plastic tubing leaked and left holes in my duct work and never came back to fix it. He never returned my money as well. The furnace made a lot of noise after he did all this and the unit shut off. He replaced some part after a month of having no heat. He said he would rectify any problems initially but is not returning any messages and will not return my money for the bad humidifier which he took out. I have spent over 2 months trying to rectify this and lost time from work as well because of all the times he said he would come but never did. And I just want to make sure my unit is alright. He made promises to correct all the mistakes and refund me the money for the bad humidifier which he took out and never fixed the duct work and never came back and now is ignoring my text messages and calls.

Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am going to get a new contractor to look and assess all the damage and fix the duct work and need be a new furnace because he did cause damage and want it like new. I want a refund for the new furnace and money he never returned money for the cheap humdifier that he installed and then took out. because the furnace that was damaged by him is only 8 months old.
