At this time, I have been
contacted directly by David Henning Custom Cabinetry and Fine Woodworking regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I got an email from him shortly after the complaint was filed. He said he had not even started the project and said I could stop by his house to pick up the materials, however, no home address was provided. I responded to him telling him not to perform any work and to provide me with a time and a place to pick up the materials I had given him as he has made no appearance at his place of work in a time in which I am able to meet him (if he is even there).
I did not get any response to my inquiryBusiness still has my materials and refuses to answer all inquiries (email, phone)I reordered the materials and got replacement parts from the manufacturer and used another business who completed the work in less that hours at exception quality and for less than 2/this business was chargingI am not planning on pursuing the matter in court as the time and expense far exceeds the cost of the materials
