Essentially they have now stated they would be willing to do one of the options I laid out :Remove the patches and return the surface to the original concrete ( which would still leave the spalling or slight chipping of the surface of the concrete caused by weather)2/Apply a concrete paint or concrete sealer which would make the concrete surface area look the same uniform color. We have agreed to do the above at our cost. They now as saying this would be ok but after we are done if they are not satisfied that we would agree to Replace all the Concrete.I’m sorry but I can’t agree to that and told them that

I'm sorry for your frustration as we should have replied to you better and more clear in our response. In looking into your questions Much of if not almost all of what you have asked about is not warranty covered but is homeowner maintenance responsibility. That's why we
have not attended to these items for the most part. Peggy will be sending out a detailed item by item reply to you shortly to clarify the facts on each of them. As you will see we will still offer you a courtesy one time thank you tune up where will be glad to assist you with items like drywall cracks and pops and door adjustments and even some caulking. These items are entirely to be expected in all new homes due to drying and are the sole responsibility of the homeowner and not covered by any warranty. I'm sorry if this was not explained to you clearly to set the proper expectation. So instead of setting up an appointment with you to do things for you to thank you for your business and handle some homeowner Maintenace responsibility items for you and being thanked for doing so I can see why you are instead frustrated. We will try and do our best to change that and to re set your expectation. Thank you for your business

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We do not accept any of his solutions. He  knows this. Please do not remove the complaint. The matter is in the hands of our lawyer. If there is nothing else that you can do, I certainly will understand. I thank you very much for your efforts in this matter.

David Homes keeps referring to my problem with the porch as a warranty repair. It is not a warranty repair. It is damage to the cement caused by their employee putting the wrong salt product on the concrete porch while it was a model home. We purchased the home in January, 2016. We were told by the builder that the porch would be repaired in the summer of 2016. Painting it certainly does not change the rough and uneven surface of the porch. We have had a company come out to give us an estimate this week. They said that they will have it to us by the middle of next week.
