David Homes keeps referring to my problem with the porch as a warranty repairIt is not a warranty repairIt is damage to the cement caused by their employee putting the wrong salt product on the concrete porch while it was a model homeWe purchased the home in January, We were told by the builder that the porch would be repaired in the summer of Painting it certainly does not change the rough and uneven surface of the porch.We have had a company come out to give us an estimate this weekThey said that they will have it to us by the middle of next week
