Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: yes they tried to resumit the bill and yes the insurance company turned them downHere is a number to contact me I work 4:pm till 3:am ###-###-####The problem is I was told that my insurance PAID for eye exam once a yearI cant help they put the wrong code downThst is why I called first to make sure my insurance covered itIf they would have not taken my insurance I would have gone some place elseAnd it you are tearting/watching somebody for a problem would you not give them meds/eye drops and have them come backThey did none of that Regards, [redacted] ***
