David Kaer

Review: David Kaer was contracted to sand and paint my front door. The work was not done properly and upon inspection, Mr. Kaer agreed. Mr. Kaer promised that the door would be resanded and repainted. This work was originally done in August, 2012. As he indicated he was very busy, I agreed to wait until Spring or Summer of 2013 for Mr. Kaer to make good on his promise to redo the painting of the front door.

I trusted Mr. Kaer, and even (stupidly) paid his invoice in full.

I have tried to contact David Kaer on at least 5 different occassions, leaving phone messages for him to please call me to arrange do complete the work. He NEVER retruned any of my calls. I did write a letter asking him to please homor his committment, and even threatned to take legal action.

That letter got no response.

As I am respnsible to a homeowner association, I will now need to pay again to have the door repainted. It is already chipping and cracking.Desired Settlement: I have repetedly requested that the door be repainted, or to have my money refunded so that I can pay someone else to do the work.
