homeowners insurance. I was sent a refund check from the insurance company and when I called David's office they advised me it was an overpayment and it was okay to cash the check. I have since found out that it definitely was not ok. I have been speaking to him for over a week and I still don't have homeowners insurance. My roof is leaking, he did send someone out to look at the damage -- my bathroom ceiling is now not only cracked from the water damage but, it is starting in places to come down. He is supposedly working on getting the roof and the bathroom fixed however, he still has no answers for me. This is not accpetable. I am a single Mom and I have put everything I have into this house for myself and my daughter. The roof alone without insurance is $5000 - $7000 to have it all fixed and that is really what needs to be done at this point due to the storms and damages that are occurring each and every time that it rains, snows, sleets etc. To only fix the area that is leaking and the bathroom I am still looking at about $8000. I need my roof and my bathroom fixed the walls are wet, the ceiling is wet and falling down and peeling this is not acceptable had I had insurance I could have seen what I could do now I am not able to do anything. The water is also now starting to damage my kitchen. this is an extremely serious situation. I also want him to pay my deductible since this entire situation is getting worse and worse and worse due to the errors that were made by his office and he says he is going to call back and then doesn't. I need to know who else to contact since this is my second complaint to the Revdex.com.  I want my homeowners insurance re-instated and if there is money to be paid he needs to pay it -- his office caused it to be canceled and then advised me to cash a check stating that it was over payment when it was not. I also want my roof repaired and my bathroom redone and repaired completely. His office caused my insurance to lapse I can't afford these repairs they advised me to cash a check I should not have cashed. I want my deductible to be paid due to the mistakes that were made.
