Brenda has been with us a long time, Because of her location she is one that we should have said no to, to start with but she wanted
it so bad that we left it upAs time went along the trees grow, interference comes along, so we have been back raised it up higher then moved moved it to a old power pole that they had in their yard,went back and raised it up again and they were to bury the cable to the trailer and never didWhen they cut the cable we went out and fixed it FREE of charge and even change the radio out because it no good after the cut ( shorted out )We have been there, not sure but I would say to times and NEVER charge her a thing***We have new towers up and have switched her to a closer tower for $with a new radio awhile back
I was very disappointed with this as we have been great with herWhen I called her, she that she was having a bad day

We are prepared to offer you 4 months' credit in hopes that you will wait for the expected upgrades to be completed. Rest assured, we will be conducting an inquiry with the technician regarding the incidents you have stated.
