Review: Ephaine to dentist that my upper denture + lower partial needed to be reline as both were very loose. He assured me he would & could help me. Second visit I made sure to tell him I had no insurance as I am senior + living on SS but that for my health I would use a care credit card but could not afford to pay a lot. So he credited my card for the amount of $1,985.00 and my upper dentist is still lose + worse now my partial is (metal) is bent and hurts and I cannot wear it. I have written & hand + face to face a better and he is adamant of wanting to continue to adjust my partial + denture (to buy time until si mos is over which till then he gets to not have to make his work satisfactory to me. Desired Settlement: Just to reimburse money back to Care Credit Card before the interest is applied not to kept the money for not doing the work. he charged me too.

With all due respect this letter will be handed to you by me in person on my visit with you. Regarding the work preformed on my upper denture and unfinished work on my lower partial..

I am very dissatisfied with work on my denture and partial. As far as the small fillings on lower teeth. I still feel a space on left tooth on gum , that if it was filled, the filling must have come out or was not filled or maybe just missed. I also thought that the teeth on my upper denture would be fixed as the are worn out inside the denture. I just don't know what too do with this situation.

My upper denture feels rough and not smooth and after using it is not comfortable. And last week when you done the work on my partial has been unbearable to the point that my gum was swollen and hurt and there was a blister like redness on the back of my gum as when I left your office I did mention I would be going to have lunch and hope that this work for me so I could chew my food. I can see that the partial is bent now and like you told me that tot read just it again would leave a larger space to where the food would get in between my teeth and partial of which I was better off in the beginning but you told me that you would reline it and it just did not work out so that I could use it.

Again with all due respect since having work done, I should have told you but I didn't want to imply anything I am not sure of, but since having the work done I think I am allergic to the material you may have used on my denture as I have had my throat irritated and my lips felt kind of numb, I have tried to ignore this, but it had gotten so bad that I decided to go to Urgent Care and had a doctor take a look at my throat and a Strep Throat test was taken and it was negative, but the doctor did say my throat was irritated.

I called your office last week and told Melody that my gums were hurting after leaving your office the last time I had the adjustment done and could not chew my food as it was too painful. I and she told me that you would not be in and that she would call me and set me up an appt. to see you, but she did leave a message on Wednesday the 1st of October for my appt, with you on October 6th of which it is today.

I want to be able to have you work with me on this problem and to modify the amount of $1,985.00 that you were paid by my CARE CARD IN FULL your service that I am not satisfied with. As I am worst off now than when I first seen you and you told me that you would reline my upper denture (of which I am not satisfied with) And that you would reline my lower partial (of which is bent now and pains my so bad mouth hurt for days) And so because I thought for a moment (tonight after seeing the doctor) that the itching and irritated throat might just be the material that was used on the upper denture and so I stopped using the upper denture in about 1/2 hour toO and hour the itching and irritation and numbness was better and I am hoping that by morning it will be all gone.

I would surely love to come to an agreement on being charged only for the fillings of the lower teeth.

To Whom It May Concern.

I am enclosing documents concerning my complaint again David L, Rozzen hoping that these will explain my complaint as I have just arrived to my home after having surgery (Stence in Aorta) at UCDMC ( been in and out of UCDMC since October 24th) and am not feeling very well, but need to get this issue going as I am very stressed with this. Enclosed you will find a letter that was waiting for me when I got to my home a few days ago.

All I want is for dentist to be fair and if he feels he is entitled to something for his little time he spent on my two or three visits then in all honesty he should be fair, but now I have a bill with Care Credit for $2000.00 and it is almost incredible for this professional to literally steal this money that I had budgeted to get my dentures and lower partial fixed for my health and I got neither and only a budget where this money could be used for my food each month, but I will without my teeth and money.

I will leave this now on David L. Rozzen and his profession and conscience as a person who works with the public. I am outraged at this.

And also hoping that your office can help me with this.
