The next day I called Mr [redacted] to discuss the problemWhen I called I got his voicemail and I left my name and number and explained why I was calling, and asked him to contact me to resolve this issueAfter waiting most of the day with no response, I called againThis time he answered and I explained what was going on and that I wanted a refund as as the job had not been done correctly the first timeHe told me would have to talk to the first person that did the work and he would get back to meHe then told me the money I paid was for the work that had already been done and it would cost me more to have them come back and fix itAfter a week of not hearing from him I called again, again I got his voicemail and asked him what he had found out and to contact me, but to this day I haven't heard a wordIt seems that their "no hassle guarantee" and warranty on their work means nothing! At this point I thought of taking them to small claims court, but found out, that since they were not located in my county, I would have to file in RochesterI also found out that they only have a PO box number as an address and court can't serve papers to someone that only has a PO box numberI feel they do this because they know it would be very difficult for anyone to sue themIt's because of this I'm asking for your help in resolving this issueThank you for your time and consideration in this matter.The person to contact is, [redacted] ###-###-####, my invoice # [redacted]

After reviewing this complaint and forwarding the complaint on to our owner. We have determined that a full refund will be issued to the customer based upon the phone calls not being returned and the problem addressed immediately. We did however perform the correct step for trying to repair the leak without access to the ceiling. Without accessing the ceiling we could not determine for sure if the seal on the water closet was the problem or not. It would have been a process of elimination. The owner has already placed a call to the customer to rectify this issue.

Our technician tried to capure the water in a bucket at the time of service. The trap had fallen off the sink causeing the cabinet to flood. The service tech did not maliciously flood the cabinet. He is a highly skilled tech that immediatly remided the accident. We would like to offer a refund of...

make up our parts a standard 25% the way we lowered the price to the customer was offering a 1/2 hp disposal instead of a 3/4hp disposal. Our rates are what they are to everyone and we did not take advantage of someone due to their age. We will not be issuing a refund in this matter!

We have already issued a refund in the anount of $30.00. We are offering another $70.00 totaling $100.00. We do not feel that it was negligance. It was an accisdent and this is as far as we are willing to go in this matter.

We offer an estimate upfront for drain cleaning. We quoted the customer upfront for service. This is a flat rate price based upon the average time it take to perform said service. Unfortunately this service was performed quickly and the customer doesn’t feel like they received value for the service....

If it took us longer than expected we wouldn’t be able to collect anymore than quoted for service. After our services were performed to the customer’s satisfaction they received a price from someone else saying they could have done the service for less. The customer agreed to the price and signed that the work was performed to their satisfaction. We will not be refunding anything in this matter.
