While ordering text books for Fall we were directed to Half.com and found a book on recycleabook.com as well as two other sellersAll three sellers shipped the booksOne was receivedOne was delivered but was obviously lost or stolen but we were refunded after one email to the vendorThe book from recycleabook was also delivered and not received but after several emails to customer service with NO REPLY except to keep resending the tracking information I called directly They said it was my responsibility to put a claim in with Half.com and supported that there was NO NEED to address my emails with anything OTHER than the tracking informationThe customer service department is rude, unprofessional and obviously only looking to make moneySTAY AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!
