Good morning We are in receipt of the Revdex.com complaint on freight bill *** [redacted] for $ Flash Furniture paid for the freight charges on this pro There was a special request made at the time of freight delivery by D [redacted] W [redacted] at Townson Place Apartments to have the furniture brought inside the premises - this resulted in an inside delivery charge to the requesting party as per our published Tariff rules The outstanding inside delivery charges were sent to a third party collection agency to attempt to collect As a one-time courtesy, YRC Freight will remove the Inside Delivery charges from this pro that were charged to Townson Place Apartments We have also recalled the pro from the collection agency.Please feel free to reach out to M [redacted] K [redacted] , Director of Revenue Management, for any additional questions Her telephone number is 716-***-*** Email address [redacted] @ [redacted] .Thank you
