Review: [redacted] is the [redacted] and [redacted] of David Liption & Co LTD and has handled my taxes for the 2013 tax year. [redacted] and I spoke and met and I delivered all tax documents to him in March of 2014. I have asked [redacted] repeatedly since June 2014 to send me my tax returns and have had no luck receiving the documents. He has not responded to four separate emails send since June 2014 and when I call he answers and tells me that the documents are in the mail and I should wait till next week. It has now been five months and I still have not received my tax returns and [redacted] still claims they are in the mail and will arrive tomorrow.All I would like is my tax returns sent to me as promised. This has been a difficult and time consuming experience. Using a tax attorney is supposed to make my life easier but I would have been better off doing the taxes myself.Desired Settlement: I would like the tax returns sent to me ASAP along with all original documents that I have given [redacted]. I would like the documents sent in a traceable manner so I know that they are actually being sent to me.
