Very positive experience. Purchased a used washing machine, and Mr. Harner delivered it for no additional cost.

Review: We purchased a rebuilt Whirlpool washer from [redacted]. It was delivered this morning and installed by his employees. They did not secure the discharge pipe from the washer inside the drain tube, nor did they tell us that we needed to do this. I trusted them to do the job right. As a result, on the third washer load the discharge pipe became detached from the drain tube without me knowing, and when the washer drained itself of water, the water went onto the floor and through the ceiling of the room below. I phoned [redacted], who was completely unhelpful, telling me it was my problem and to file a claim on my homeowners insurance policy. He refused to give me the name of his insurance carrier, and in fact claimed he had no insurance and to take him to court if I didn't like it.Desired Settlement: I don't believe his claim that he doesn't have insurance and want the name of his carrier so I can file a claim to repair the water damage to our house.
