I have bought from Clubfurniture.com twice. Once, years ago for an office sofa that has the thickest, highest quality, and softest leather I've ever seen. It's so comfortable I take naps on it. Recently, I bought some club chairs and a sofa.

Club furniture's customer service is top notch (I recently spoke with a co-owner who called me to confirm my order and answer all questions). I refuse to buy Asian-made garbage from big box stores when I can help support the high-quality US made stuff, at reasonable prices, which is what club furniture.com sells.

I did peruse the Internet and saw some criticism from SOME customers. I don't know if these were legit, or were from competitors (I am always suspicious of the authenticity of complainers when they complain about what arrives AND there's a no-risk return policy), but if they were legit then they must have been from unreasonable customers. I have never had problems communicating with club furniture. The one Revdex.com customer complained even though the company was custom making a pillow to replace his!

I highly recommend them and talk to one of the owners if you have questions and want to feel more comfortable before buying!

WORST FURNITURE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!. DON'T BUY!!!!!
This is our 4th family room sofa in 20 years of marriage. Two kids and many dogs later we have never had a couch with such low quality. This is our first slip cover and thought this would be perfect for our family, usually you sink into a slip cover, down filled couch and its heaven. This one the back cushions are too short, something they tried to fix but they still aren't quite right, the bottom cushions just feel like a regular couch. It's not that heavenly experience I was hoping for. Also, the fabric is pilly after two months. I have never had that happen to a couch or chair before. The arms are hard and uncomfortable. We went over our purchase with a friendly staff member whom helped us pick every detail based on our requirements. He said this fabric was durable and the style of the couch was going to be what we were looking for. All I can say it that it was the right length. But the worst thing is the frame broke after 4 months. My hundred pound kid tripped and fell on it. A $3000.00 dollar couch didn't last 4 months. My friend's $300.00 Walmart couch is over a year old and looks and feels great. I want this junk out of my house but the 30 days are up and we are stuck with someone coming to bring us a new frame. They will take the crappy slip cover and crappy cushions and put them on a new crappy frame. We purchase many pieces from Arhaus and loved the service and the furniture. **GO THERE**
