There are many props provided including Valentine props
which was placed on the sofa in my studioYes I did not have anything that says years oldThe session was supposed to be an hour long and as I was still shooting pictures she kept talking about taking her daughter jumping at the mall and insisted to goreason why the session lasted only minutesI never cut my sessions short and always try my best to get good photos until time is up and I do go over sessions without charging because im dedicated to getting that perfect photoThere was many positions I put her in "standing, sitting, laying down" And they all turned out beautiful as alwaysI gave the little girl a Minnie mouse because she wasn't wanting to sit still so I thought that would help and it didThe pictures turned out great, If I would have cropped out the Minnie the picture would of not looked right because she would be holding on to airI use photoshop and did try it but im not screwing up a picture like that in my mind it looked perfectShe never scheduled a time to come look at the pictures but to just pick up the discI never show the pictres when someone picks up there discI was very swamped that day with sessions and had not had a moment to put them on the disc as I promisedI did however pull out my laptop and show her a few photos and told her how many pictures was on the disc which was I ran out of disc jackets the day before and once again did not have time to run to the store to buy moreIm a very busy woman and im sorry I did not provide that to herI did leave a watermark on pictures that was sneak peaks on facebook for her to reviewI told her once the copywrite release was signed that she could have the pictures without the watermarkThis protects my pictures and businessShe never resposned to the copyrite formI told her I would work on the pictures for her but got sick that weekendOn that Tuesday and started harassing me while I was out in town at the drs officeI got so upset I left the drs and drove home to work on her pictures just to satisfy herI did call my lawyer and get some advice on what to doI did remove the watermark as she wanted me toI told a fellow business partner of mine about the situation and I never mentioned her name but my business partner got on fb and made it clear to everyone about a watermarkYes it was very inappropriate for her to do that in which I deleted the comment she postedI as a small business would like the copywrite release signed and I will be happy to mail out the discIts been ready for herI did apologize to her about the situation and wanted to make things rightI hate that she was upset but she loved the pictures which im very happy and pleased aboutI strive to make everyone and everything turn outI thank you for your time and I hope we can get this solved to pleaae everyone who's involved

Furthermore, I have not harassed or been rude to anyone but nor will I be coerced into any decision, when that began I ceased communication. I did attempt to get the pictures by asking (nicely), several times. Sadly, the only communications was via Facebook, I take full responsibility for this entire situation, I knew better than to obtain a photographer through Facebook. I only want what I've already paid for. As far as a COPYRIGHT goes, this is first time that I've been offered this form. I'm not going to lessen my character by playing a finger pointing game, we're all adults. Just please send me the pictures, minus the watermark.
