I spoke with Finance Manager about this matter and it was relayed to me that this was a subprime financing deal and was capped on the amount to finance so client was unable to purchase ext warranty, at that time Finance manager said
she would check to see if the previous owner had purchased a warranty and if so it could be switched overHowever the previous owner did not purchase an extended warranty so there was nothing for our Finance manager to transferFinance manager is trying to reach the *** to explain
