This is the worst "business" we ever had the misfortune to work withFirst they Quote us $80/hr for fixing our jeep and then billed us $87/hr_(I am filing a case for this since this is about $extra) and if that's not enough they also charged us an extra $They said it's for another customer but they made another mistake and charged our card insteadWe brought this to their attention on Sept 29, We were promised a reversal for this charge quite a few timesThree weeks later(Oct 23) I pointed out that we've been more than patient enough with their "mistake" and they promised to write as a check instead with a little excuse that their accountant won't let them write a check for that big of an amountWe were promised again that the check will be ready the following Monday Oct Come Monday again we did not hear from this peopleThe two voice-mails I left were not returnedThe next day I finally got a hold of Kristi(the owner and person we've been talking to this whole time)She said for sure we will get our check today, the "accountant" is dropping it off at their office around 3pm and they will then drop it off our houseShe called me again that afternoon just to let me know she has not forgotten about me(i think we are way pass that!) and that the accountant is about minutes away and they would drop the check off to our house soon afterwardsYou probably guess where this is going they never showed up! No calls againI am writing this the next day around noonThey advertise to the military in this area and I hope they don't get a chance to do this to another family!
