My husband bought me a Ford Mustang from David McDavid in Fort Worth. We were reluctant to buy here because of the bad experiences from buying our truck. But we went ahead. After having the car for few weeks I noticed it had locking lug nuts and there was no key in the car. I go up to the dealership and get shuffled around because our salesman is no longer working there. Finally this “guy” walks me to service department and Liz says she will order it and call us the next day. Didn’t happen. We waited from June 6 until July 16 and then I went up there. Liz was at lunch so I was shuffled back to the “guy”. He made remarks like “can’t believe you were driving for three months with no key what would you have done if you had a flat?“this is only a mess because we are paying for it” “if I helped you before I would remember” or “she called you back you just didn’t answer” I replied why would we not take her call ? She did not call. He spoke to me in such a condescending way to try and make me feel stupid. He would never have done this if my husband had been there . Every comment I had he had a jab to come back with. None of our family will ever buy another vehicle from this place . Now whenever I have issue with my car I don’t feel comfortable with how they treat women so I will have my husband or son take my car in. This “ guy” needs some serious sensitivity training .
