Review: In 2011, David Myzel Locksmith sent his technician to install new high-security locks for our home. After about a yeaer, the keys no longer worked. We called and the technician returned, adjusted the pins of the lock and made new keys, which we paid for. After a few months, the keys no longer worked, again. We called several times and finally got his technician to come. He worked on the lock for nearly an hour, then installed a temporary doorknob so he could take our doorknob to the shop for further work. Again we got new keys, but it's the same lock. After several weeks, we call to find out when we will get our doorknob back and every time David Myzel promises to call back or send someone, but never does. I've spoken with him three times this week but to date our situation is unresolved.Desired Settlement: A successful settlement will involve a technician visit within 7 days and a lock that stays repaired-at no further cost to me.
