11/10/Ms*** contacted us to install a new boiler on Sept26, Shortly after the installation a part failed I informed Ms*** the part was covered on the manufacturer's warranty for one year and we replaced the part and the heater went on, was tested and
operated for the winter Ms *** contacted a other company and called me in October to say he said it need apart I informed her the manufacturer's one year warranty expired

Our job/price was to install an new gas boiler replacing the existing boiler The old boiler was & the new boiler is in the basement at the chimney The job consist of connecting seven ac pipe, with all five feet of boiler At the chimney, the existing boiler broke in a bad
cold spellThe water in the radiators and pipes throughout the house "froze-up." After the new boiler was installed and "on" the frozen water melted and leaks (which was caused by splits in piping from freezing-up) were showing up in all different locations We capped a few for the customer so he could have some heat until he got the leaking pipes fixed Overnight as more frozen water melted more leaks showed.
As a courtesy we sent a crew back the next day and caped some leaking pipes.
As the days went on more leaks in the house rooms piping started
We told the customer he will have to hire a handy/man to repair replace leaking piping, etc
There was no change in our price for and leak repairing

3/4/15 The warranty has expired

[redacted]9:49 AM (8 minutes ago)to me Yes, my heater stop working again and I would like to continue with my complaint.  I understand the installation date was 10/2013 but it didn’t work after a week when it was installed.  It took his company until November to fix and it did work until end of March when I turned off for spring/summer.  After summer October 2014 I turned on and it was not working and my piping is not right cause my pipes knock all night long.

Review: On October 3, 2013 I purchased a new steam heater from this company with a 10 year warranty. Since installment I have been without heat for over 10 days in the cold on different occassions due to part issues. On Monday 12/3 after 3 days of smelling an unusual odor in my home called [redacted] and they shut my heater off due to no water in system, low water cut off not working also automatic feed not working even manually. Carbon monoxide was all in my home. I called the company a service guy was sent out on 12/5, my heater was not fixed, I was not contacted by the owner of the company who called me each day several times to get my business. It's cold outside and my home is very cold. Something must be done, I cannot stay in a cold home.Desired Settlement: Please if the parts are on order give me something to heat my home with until the parts are available. If's it electric heaters I will split the additional cost of my electric bill.
