In 2014, consumer was in the process of losing/foreclosing her home. Looking for a loan modification, consumer kept getting mail from David *** looking to do business with them for a loan modification. Mr. had someone come out to her house. Consumer paid for a book on how to go about getting a loan modification the lawyer and to sue the mortgage company, and he never followed through with his promises. He did not do what he said he was going to do. Also he is billing the consumer for calling Mr. to tell him that he ripped her and her husband off. Caller is unsure of amounts for the cost of book or loss amount for hiring the lawyer. Once consumer told lawyer that he ripped her and her husband off, he was rude to her as well.
