To begin the installation was completed on June 23, 2014 and it is a [redacted] heat pump outdoor unit only with a dry charge of nitrogen, used to replace an R22 unit that failed due to the wrong filter drier in the liquid line.  I recovered the refrigerant and removed the defective unit and...

installed the [redacted] model [redacted] serial [redacted] 460volt 3phase unit that after the wrong unit was received I went to Cherry Hill NJ picked up this unit and returned to install. The installation was done according to NATE and ACCA guidelines as all my installations are. After the installation was completed I installed the refrigerant that had been recovered and added some from their own supply of refrigerant. The installation was invoiced at $2,650.00 which included the unit (at cost) any material I used and my labor.
I did perform work for this location on two other occasions. The next was again to install a replacement R22 heat pump on 8/15/2014 and again to replace a rooftop unit compressor on 8/18/2014. I sent the invoices in via email on or after 9/30/2014 to Jessica the manager and received payment for the unit installation dated 8/15/2014 within a reasonable amount of time however I did not receive payment for the compressor installation, on 8/18/2014 until after I received the phone call about the unit in question on 1/22/2015. Not until I mentioned something to the staff that I still hadn't received payment did it get expedited.
The unit in question was evaluated on 1/22/2015 and diagnosed with a grounded compressor. I spoke to the staff member and told him I would take care of getting the compressor ordered and would be in touch once received to schedule the fix. The unit comes with a manufacture warranty for 5 years on all parts however labor is NOT covered under this manufacture warranty. I  tried contacting the chief engineer on at least 4 occasions after a one week wait for the compressor to discuss this matter. Each of the times I called desk member answers puts me on hold and twice put me through to his voice mail however voice mail box was full and could not leave a message and the other two times the desk member took the message with no return call from the chief engineer. At this point I gave up. This could have been prevented if we could have discussed the matter and come to a conclusion to make everyone happy. After my experience with this company, the condition of thier equipment and payment methods I have chosen not to do business with this company.
