My son and I went to [redacted] for a dental cleaning and they performed dental services (I think floride treatment but not sure) on my son that I did not ask for. I told them to submit this to my insurance company for payment and they said it was not covered under insurance and expect me to pay for the service they performed. I do not agree that I should have to pay for this since I did not ask for or approve anything that was not covered under insurance nor did they ask me if they wanted me to perform the service. I received a bill that I have not yet paid for but they said if not paid by Jan 15th they will send to collection
