This place is a fraud! They talk and talk and talk and don't deliver any results They looked at my case....told me that they will get me results and after months...they changed their story and said nothing can be done When you call you will talk to a person who will make you feel at home..(Sales guy)they will tell you that they feel your pain and can definitely helpThey will try to impress you with big talk and legal talkThey will make you promises of achieving results and then they will take you money Once this is done...the phone and email games startsThey will keep telling you that they are getting positive results and then they will disappear Then when you have called them multiple times and have exhausted your self...The nice guy will pass you to the closer....The closer will tell you all the things YOU did wrong and how you got screwed was your fault and there is nothing you can do about itHe will tell you that your case is closed now and have a nice day! What a joke of a business and a lie...need to be shutdown..period! Unethical, con artists and full of deceptions!

AccountsReceivable.com uses questionable business practices I was assured that that the charge for their collection services was 30% However, when I finally received a check from them after they held our funds for FIVE WEEKS, they had deducted FORTY PERCENT!!!!! I was never told that the age of the bill would affect the amount we would receive

I have been using Accounts Receivable for over a year and I have been increasingly disappointed with their lack of servicesNone of the cases have been touched in months, the client portal has not be updated since September, 2016, and when I try to reach out to ask what is going on with the cases, I am rudely spoken to Terrible customer service and completely inefficient They were a waste of time and money Please do not use this company for any of your collections needs, you'd be better off to just discount the invoices and let the debtor have the benefit of the doubt

We have businesses that haven't answered our calls or emails in years; as of right now, accounts receivable has gotten of the businesses to pay! They are great at communicating and answering any questions you have no matter how annoying you may get!
Tip for consumers: I would definitely go through this business if you have accounts that need to be taken care of! They won't do you wrong!

Horrible Customer Service-may collect but ended up being lied to about amount they keep by the SALESMAN talking me into using themThey keep your money they collect for months then say they mailed a check with no check showing up!! Salesman told me 30% was what they kept but ended up being 50% knowing NON of my accounts were over $I am a SMALL BUSINESS looking for help and they did more damage than help!!!!

I found working with [redacted] at Accounts Receivable a great experience. She was professional, warm, and highly competent. It was easy to navigate through the process and took minimal time.

Accts Rec has been doing our collections for a good 2 years now. No complaints on our end. We have no plans on using anyone else at this time either. They do their job and do it well. ;)

This company has always been easy and a pleasure to work with.
