I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am attaching several pictures per the request from the owner. I have no idea why he says the are just "mar" marks. He himself came and inspected the roof and said it needs to have shingles replaced. He even offered to buy a bundle of shingles to fix the problem. In addition, while here, he stated that the nails (see sample picture) should have been covered and also the soffit was not done properly (should have been wrapped around the corner). He said he would have one of his men go completely over the roof and make sure everything was ok. Also, he said they would clean up the nails they left all over the roof. I didn't send a picture of these, but if needed, I certainly can/will.Also, I have a text message on my phone dated 10/3/(Friday) at 10:AM from *** *** (owner) "***, I will get your roof repairs done at the end of October. I promise". He committed to making things right.He needs to show up soon and complete these by winter

Hello,Last year I filed a complaint about Sattora Siding, complaint #[redacted].Could you please add the following to my complaint (even though it is closed):Late last year, [redacted] called and promised to deal with my roofing issues.  He said they could not come until the weather was clear.[redacted] personally came today (4/21/15) and made sure every issue was resolved.  The quality of the work done was outstanding and now that the small repairs are complete, I would highly recommend him.Thank you.
