David Schwartz Contracting LLC is at best a terrible contractorHe has no business constructing in the City of PhiladelphiaThe company and it's workers have no respect for neighbors and city regulationsThey have blocked street parking in front of and adjacent to the construction site for months with no visible permitsThey've stored materials in the streetOverall the level of expertise in dealing with an urban construction environment is zeroThey should be fined for their actions and not granted further permits from the City of Philadelphia for ANY construction projects

David Schwartz Contracting LLC is at best a terrible contractor. He has no business constructing in the City of Philadelphia. The company and it's workers have no respect for neighbors and city regulations. They have blocked street parking in front of and adjacent to the construction site for 4 months with no visible permits. They've stored materials in the street. Overall the level of expertise in dealing with an urban construction environment is zero. They should be fined for their actions and not granted further permits from the City of Philadelphia for ANY construction projects.

These guys are building a home in my neighborhood they are disrespectful of the neighbors loud ignorant they are littering not cleaning up after them selfs. And when confronted told us to F off. And that they are doing everything by code. Well that is not true. Permits mean the job will get done to the city standards. They dug up our street and left it undue saying they did the job. Now septa busses trucks etc. are hitting that pothole like bombs. The noise and the vibration are destroying our homes we need this fixed ASAP. And this company insists that we should shut up This. Is a horrible buisness I'm speaking for a number of us neighbors
