Review: I had an appt. to see [redacted] on 10-20-14 at 10:30 AM for spots on my face. I filled out SIX pages. He referred me to his wife [redacted]. She said Doctor wouldn't do anything on my face and she immediately left the room and came back with four products. She started talking fast what they were for and I didn't have time to write anything. Then she told me my teeth were ugly and I needed Veneers, to talk to her son the Dentist and she forgot I came for MY FACE! Then [redacted] came and talked about his services, $[redacted] per veneer times 12 teeth!!! I knew she wrote on the boxes: #1 [redacted], #2 [redacted], #3 [redacted] and the fourth was a conceal makeup with 30 SPF. Next thing we were told they needed the room so she escorted us OUT and said it was $[redacted] and that's it! I asked her how much each product was and she wouldn't tell me, finally she said they were all $** and when I did the Math it didn't add up, she said, she was not charging for the visit or taxes. She said $** each and one was $**, CHEAP she said! I gave her my CC and that was it. I tried to talk to her and she wouldn't have anything to do with me any longer. I left. This morning I put the products on my face in order #1, 2, 3 and then the makeup which was almost white and my face was rubbery and pasty. I read the box and the [redacted]... I don't even have dry skin on my face! The LOTION PLUS SAID: [redacted]. I immediately called her and told her about my face and the make up was white, she said she would NOT GIVE MY $ BACK BC CARD WENT THROUGH, EXCHANGE ONLY! I got there and I told her I wanted to return three of the products and she had a fit. She wanted to give me one product for two returned. I ended up taking four bleach ones; She gave me two OLD and two new ones. I asked for FOUR new ones and she wouldn't do it. I want ALL $[redacted] back! :(Desired Settlement: I would like to get ALL my money back as I have TRUST issues with [redacted]. I don't like the products, they leave my face rubbery and even just the bleach one, not sure it works!! While I was there today, [redacted] must have answered the phone a dozen times and each time she told patients 'DON'T CALL HERE ANY MORE!" (about five different times) "CALL IN ONE AND A HALF HOURS, THEY JUST WENT TO LUNCH!" "THE EMPLOYEES ARE GONE, CALL LATER!" each a few times. She was very RUDE to everyone calling..
