I contacted several plumbing companies for same day service and finally got a hit with Singletary Plumbing. We have company coming and needed the guest toilet repaired ASAP. Not only was the technician, Joey, professional and efficient, but he was extremely personable. We connected right away. He also referred a local company that sales specialty parts for unique items in order to fix the broken faucet on the master BA vanity. Their rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to refer or contact them again!

The most honest, reliable, efficient, plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their prices are also reasonable and fair. I have called them on numerous occasions and will continue.

We had a small issue a few months later and they were prompt at resolving. They have excellent customer service and I recommend them without qualification. They work with an electrical company called [redacted] that is also reliable and trust worthy. [redacted] from [redacted] is excellent in his work. You can trust them to do excellent work for you

I contacted Singletary Plumbing for an estimate to repair a leak under the concrete slab at my house. A tech came out and said that the owner, David S[redacted] would have to come out to give me an estimate. He came the next day and had ordered a leak detector company to come out at a cost of $250. I restated that I was looking for an estimate to repair and was not ready to commit to a $250 service call. He got very curt, cancelled the leak detector call, and left. I called a few days later and made an appointment to have the repair done, and made sure that they would coordinate with the leak detect company. I called when they didn't show up for the repair, and the service gal asked if David had been out before and had to cancel the leak detector company. When I said yes, she informed me that they were working on a remodel job and would not be able to come out for 2 weeks. No phone call or email to let me know, just didn't show up. Not the way to run a service business. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
