In response to Ms. [redacted] complaint I have researched all applicable paper work with our company. The contract that she signed clearly states what the payments where and when each one was due. I pulled up her payment history and each payment that she made is notated. She got behind at one point and...

never got caught up. I will be glad to provide a copy of her payment history. If Ms. [redacted] has recipts that do not agree with my records, I would be glad to look further at a refund. I do not feel that I am contractually obligated, however in a heather of good faith, I will work on not letting it show as a reposession on her credit file.
