In response to Ms [redacted] complaint I have researched all applicable paper work with our companyThe contract that she signed clearly states what the payments where and when each one was dueI pulled up her payment history and each payment that she made is notatedShe got behind at one point and never got caught upI will be glad to provide a copy of her payment historyIf Ms [redacted] has recipts that do not agree with my records, I would be glad to look further at a refundI do not feel that I am contractually obligated, however in a heather of good faith, I will work on not letting it show as a reposession on her credit file Regards, [redacted] David Smith Autoland
