Review: My daughter bought me a gift certificate for golf lessons for a value of $140.A month ago I called Mr. S[redacted] and explained I did not want to take golf lessons and if I sent him the gift certificate would he refund the money to me and he said yes.I mailed it to him the next day and waited 2 weeks so I called him back and told him I did not receive the money yet and he told me it was in the mail and hung up on me.So I waited another 2 weeks and tried to call him yesterday[March 2nd]and got his voicemail.I left him a message to please call me yesterday or I would file a claim with you and he never did.So now he has my gift certificate of $140 and I have not received any money back and he refuses to talk to me.What can I do?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $140 or the gift certificate back.
