Less than one day after I took the vehicle home, the check engine light came onAfter repeated attempts to get a problem fixed with my car, requiring multiple trips back and forth to the repair shop, costing me money for cabs and Ubers, I decided to stop by O'Reilly Auto Parts and had them hook their computer up to itThey came up with the same code/problem that Sal at the auto shop had foundWhy wasn't it fixed, if it was so obvious? On August 2, 2017, Scotti sold me a VW Eos with known mechanical problemsI had car for < two months, and I had to repair window crank $525, thermostat, and still dealing with AC issue Scotti offered to repair some work for less than my personal mechanic which quoted me $multiple issues with compressorThe driving back and forth and trying to coordinate a day to repair car was an issue Mechanics always out sick or just not available I went to different mechanics and VW dealership and they all said it was my AC compressor Scotti tells me it's a thermostat issueI replaced thermostat AC still functioning when it wants, and not when I want it too work The car I purchased was sold to me with a $trade inI payed cash using bank debit card If I had been told car had an AC problem I wouldn't have purchased the car

Took my VW in for starter and flywheel replacement;

I took my VW Cabrio in for a replacement of the starter and flywheel, which ran me about $1,because of the "extensive labor to remove the transmission" Since that job was done, the car runs VERY poorly It's "jumpy" and at times revs very high At first I was told it was because the car thought it was "VERY COLD OUTSIDE, SO IT WAS TRYING TO WARM ITSELF UP" Was told the sensor was bad, etc Also, after picking car up after the first repair it overheated immediately and was stranded along the side of the road early in the morning taking my duaghter to school Sal eventually came to me, realized the mechanic left a part off (blamed it on me) and went back to the shop to get it When completed, he exclaimed what VIP service I got HA HA HA!! He also said I needed new upper radiator hose assembly, which I got and they installed He originally said the car was jumpy because the mechanic faile

Was original items were back ordered, then someone would call me on 8/or no later than 8/to give me an update No call and I doubt that these items are backordered Have been ignored when I have called and left voice mail with the salesman (Armando)
