Phone response - Business was called by State Police and instructed to bring a boom truck and flat bed to recover vehicle out of a creek bed without spilling gas or oil in creek because then DEC would have to be called for clean up (which would have been owed by consumer, and a whole lot more...

expensive). [redacted] boom truck was used and was paid by Stanton ($500). Husband came day after recovery and retrieved the belongings that he wanted, owners son actually got the items out of the vehicle as it was still on the flat bed. Consumer paid storage bill, and stated Insurance would pay recovery portion ($650) so we let the vehicle get towed out. The insurance company refused the claim, so now consumer owes $650 for the recovery of the vehicle to Stanton. ($500 for [redacted] boom truck + $150 for flat bed tow).
