On August 30, 2016, DrM [redacted] informed Ms [redacted] ? that we cannot send unfinished dentures to her without proper fit and confirmation of comfortability and biteSince her case had not been processed and the dentures were not made and patient was not willing to come back in for try-ins or to finish the denture process, Ms [redacted] was informed that it would be better for her to find a dentist in her home town and we would be willing to help her with thatMs [redacted] informed DrM [redacted] that she ? had already found a dentist in GallupOn September 6, 2016, DrM [redacted] called Ms [redacted] to determine which dentist? she would like us to send her unfinished denture case to.? On September 6, 2016, Dr. M[redacted] called Ms. [redacted] to determine which dentist she would like us to send her unfinished denture case to. She provided that information. She was informed that we would send her unfinished/unprocessed dentures to the doctor of her choice. The unfinished/unprocessed dentures were mailed to her doctor in Gallup on September 12, 2016. Ms. [redacted] was informed that she will be receiving a refund of $1,277.00 which is her denture cost minus the initial lab fee. Patient understood. The refund is in process and will be sent to her as soon as possible.
