Review: My husband and I hired Mr. Locke in January 2014 to complete construction work on our home. Mr. Locke failed to complete any work identified in the contract and further he caused damage to our home. Mr. Locke walked away from the project on October 7, 2014 and has not returned our deposit or any of the materials he allegedly purchased with our money for our home. Further, Mr. Locke has hired unlicensed/trained construction which could cause a life and safety issue on a construction site.Desired Settlement: We want a refund of all monies we paid to Mr. Locke as we have not received the value of the work we paid him which is in excess of $50,000.
