I read the response of [redacted] when he said I was completely happy with the work done on April How could I be otherwise? At the time our relationship gave me no doubts when I approved what he said needed to be doneAlthough, the company who installed the air conditioner checked the work completed and did not find anything wrong with no drip panI signed and gave my money to them The problem with that company was that the owner died and chaos reigned for months.But, everything changed when I had no cold air on July It was your response to me about coming to check out thingsI took notes about the discussion and the timesI quoted exactly what you said to me about "no work on the weekends or after 6pmThat is enough work for the hot weather"I was told it would be on MondayI said what am I to do until that time? I cannot stay in this hot house with the temperature of However, it was your performance and [redacted] s the day you came which made me really question what was going I also questioned about not charging for a service call and then charging $for a thermostat that costs only $That does not sound like concern for me, but for you!I had to ask people in my complex about their experience with a collapsed air ductNo one of the four I talked to had ever had that experienceThe manager of the complex had knowledge of over ten years knowing the people here and said no one he knew had a collapsed air ductI really wonder why I had the misfortune of it happening to me and why you made that assessment of the so called problem.I then decided it was a sand it would be my word against yours and the men who did the workSeveral people in my complex agreed that they would not have any work done by your companyI waited for sometime to find out if you would call about the heating unit for the cooler weatherI did not want to argue with you and just decided to do as several people suggested by filling a complaint with the Revdex.com and the ROCI know I will not get my money back and I guess that ends the discussion as it will never get resolvedWhat choice did I have? Dear Mr [redacted] ,When we first worked for Ms [redacted] it was because of a thermostat issue She called to ask us to program it for her We did so on 12/10/ We went back for a regular check and service on 4/2/ [redacted] (our owner) went into the attic and noted that the installing company, which was not Honest Air, neglected to install a drain pan, sensor, or secondary drain He suggested that she have the work done She scheduled us to come out and take care of the repairs We did so on 4/10/ At the time Ms [redacted] was completely happy with our work She in no way complained to [redacted] or me.On July 3rd we went to her house because she did not have any air flow [redacted] found a collapsed duct in the attic He explained to her the problem and she authorized the repair The work was done the same day and she was happy with our service As far as [redacted] telling her that we would not come out until Monday is not accurate We work on weekends If she had a problem we certainly wouldn’t make her wait for four day He might have told her it would be the 5th which was on a Saturday When she called into the office I made sure we went out on the 3rd I did this because I knew we had done work for her just a couple of months before I was concerned for her.We have not heard from her since the last repair was completed If she had called us I’m sure we could have answered any questions she might have had Not having contacted us in any way leaves us very little chance to correct any misunderstandings I don’t feel this was fair in any way I have talked to Ms [redacted] repeatedly in the past and felt like we could communicate well I am really disappointed she chose this way to let us know she was not happy Honest Air is a very honest company You can see this from our record with the Revdex.com and the [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] PresidentHonest Air Inc

I signed and gave my money  to them The problem with that company was that the owner died and chaos reigned for months.But, everything changed when I had no cold air on July 3.
