On May I sent Damen Douglas Contracting a deposit of for a job to clad fascia and replace eavestroughThe contract stated the job would be started May 31st or June 1stOn May 31st I texted Damen to see if the job would be started the next day and received no responseOn June 1st I texted again to ask why his guys hadn't shown up and was told they would come the next dayAt pm the next day I texted to ask why they hadn't shown up again and was told he would have them start on Tuesday June and work until Friday June On June his guys did not show up and he did not return my text until the evening and he promised to have the work done by the weekendI told him then that if it wasn't done by the weekend I wanted my deposit back and he agreedBy the evening of June Thursday there had still been no sign of him or any work done so I texted him but got no responseAt pm on June 9th there was still no sign of him so I texted him again an
