Bought a truck through David Wilson's Villa Ford Certified used vehicle programDay after I bought the truck the truck would "Shimmy" when brakingBrought the truck back to be told the brakes were cracked and the rotors warpedI asked how can that be when the truck was certified and had supposedly gone through an inspectionThe reply was " I don't know"Shortly after, intermittent issues began to develop along with complete failures (Transmission, computer, sensors etc) Those that failed were repaired under warranty- those that were intermittent : I was told couldn't be repaired unless the service tech could see the problemmonths into this (had brought the truck in times) I questioned the integrity of the vehicle again- stating that this didn't seem like a certified used truck- that too many issues were plaguing it, I requested that the dealership either buy back the truck or give me a trade in value equal to what I paid for itor lengthen my warranty to cover an additional months They offered a trade in value $10,less than what I paid(Nothing more) I declined- but continued to bring my truck in for repair issues- and continued to question why a certified used truck would have all these issues- I also questioned the validity of the "Certification" - How could a certified used vehicle have warped rotors and cracked brake pads? their answer was "I don't know" The last time I took the truck in was the last day of my warranty for the failed trailer module to be replacedI again expressed my concern over the multitude of repairs and issues I had as well as a couple of intermittent issues still unresolvedI was also concerned about the repairs- I was told that once the warranty expired- NOTHING was covered- not even recent repairsI made additional calls to the dealership- I also called their parent company Wilson Automotive GroupI gave my story to Wilson automotive group and was assured that my complaint would be addressed- that Scott W (manager) would be calling me and that Wilson Automotive rep would call me to assure the situation was moving forward- NONE of that happenedI sent a second notice to Wilson Automotive group and received a phone call from someone other than Mr W who offered me a trade in value of $6,less than what I paid for the truck or a year extended warranty at a cost $
My written reply was that I did not think it was right that I have to pay additional money to make this transaction correct- at minimum the dealership should give the month warranty extensionif they mean what they say about their "Customer satisfaction" They should offer the year for free- that was a week ago- no communication since
The main issue here IS customer service: You pay more for a certified truck- You pay more when you go to a new car dealership- you do so because you want to avoid these types of situationsIt is obvious to me this truck did not go through the inspection they claimed, no one can dispute that the brakes and rotors should/would have been found if an inspection (done properly) took placeAnd what about the other issues? (trailer module, transmission, computer, multiple sensor failures, speaker failure) This is a major discrepancyMy complaint should have been addressed immediately - not continually handed off Representatives should have followed through on their commitmentsInstead I'm being ignored and must resort to finding a resolution through other means

At this time we are unable to comment on the complaints filed by Mr*** since he has obtained legal counsel
Thank you and have a good day

I have had the worst experience with FordI purchased a Ford Focus and since purchase I have had four to five issues with my transmission on top of the transmission recallI have taken my car in each time and it still has not been fixedI have had a recall on my computer software and within the last week or two, my computer software stopped workingI have decided to submit my car for the Lemon LawI called the dealership last week to get copies of all my invoices and reports before seeing a lawyerI was told from the service manager they would be at the receptionist desk waiting for meI went there a few hours later, the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about, I then went to the service desk, they did not know what I was talking aboutThey told me it would take hours to get the reports and invoicesI waited and when I did get reports I only got of them back: three from oil changes and three from transmission "repairs"I was withheld the recall information and the other documentsWhen I said I was missing the rest I was told they gave me all they hadI am very upset with them and how they are handling the situation and how they are handling "fixing" my car even when it is still under warranty
