David Wilson's Villa Ford Reviews (4)
I have had the worst experience with Ford. I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus and since purchase I have had four to five issues with my transmission on top of the transmission recall. I have taken my car in each time and it still has not been fixed. I have had a recall on my computer software and within the last week or two, my computer software stopped working. I have decided to submit my car for the Lemon Law. I called the dealership last week to get copies of all my invoices and reports before seeing a lawyer. I was told from the service manager they would be at the receptionist desk waiting for me. I went there a few hours later, the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about, I then went to the service desk, they did not know what I was talking about. They told me it would take 2 hours to get the reports and invoices. I waited and when I did get reports I only got 6 of them back: three from oil changes and three from transmission "repairs". I was withheld the recall information and the other documents. When I said I was missing the rest I was told they gave me all they had. I am very upset with them and how they are handling the situation and how they are handling "fixing" my car even when it is still under warranty.

This vehicle was sent to [redacted] to complete the conversion. [redacted] was to ship the vehicle to the customer in Pennsylvania. They would have had the bill of lading. [redacted]Office Manager
Review: I was sold a "new" vehicle on 11/28/2014 (I was at the dealership for a total of 8 hours with my 8.5 months pregnant wife) and still have not received my license plates and did not get a copy my credit application from them. Was pulled over for not having plates that were registered to the vehicle. Went to DMV to find out the vehicle was "sold" previously to a Taxi company (Was a low mile vehicle). Called [redacted] in Finance to ask what was going on, he said he would send me the correct paperwork. Instead he sent me a Used bill of sale dated back to 11/28/2014 (illegal). Mind you its Feb 6, 2015. (they processed the finance paperwork to DMV/sales, and the customer traded the car for another color because the paint was damaged, which was not disclosed to US!!!! again illegal). I asked him to take the car back he told me that's not how it works, sign the bill of sale and move on.
I am an Active Duty Marine (Purple Heart Recipient, pending medical retirement) and they treated me and my wife like an it. I worked in the car dealership market prior to joining the Marines... [redacted] was RUDE and disrespectful, he later referred me to [redacted] only contacted me after receiving a letter from my military lawyer. He promised to make the deal right offering a maintenance plan and $1000.00. I asked him to take the car back or lower the price of the 2014 vehicle at which he said he would return my call.
Two weeks later and NO CALL! I have been unable to get on base because the registration is now past 90 days....Have a fix it ticket pending that I can do nothing about... I called multiple times in order to get an answer from the dealership. This time referred to a [redacted], which I called 8 times before he took my call and informed me that they were seeking legal action to not process the vehicle as an unwind (even though it was their mistake!). There has been no apology or active attempt to make this headache right!Desired Settlement: Would like to return the vehicle.
