Review: As per the contract, Zuidema Septic Services is supposed to submit the work permit and completion paper work with[redacted] Townhall. Its been close to a year and they didnt fullfil their side of the contract.
We made close to 10 calls to both Zuidema and[redacted] Townhall to get the latest and we were hung up thrice by Zuidema office, when we demanded for them to fulfull their side of the contract by submitting the work-permit and completion paper work.Desired Settlement: Submit necessary paper work with [redacted] townhall.
Daniel did an Excellent Service when he came yesterday to empty my septic tank.

The first day the Dave Z company doesn't show up on time and didn't bother to call either. One day of waiting in an empty house for four hours lost.
I called them, not the reverse and was told they could do the septic tank tomorrow. I agreed because of another service being done at the same location. Same result. Called them only to find out they went to the wrong address.
THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!
