We contacted this person on August 22, We apologized to her for the actions of our salesmen’s wrong behaviorThe salesmen were unpleasant and wrong in this particular situationOur company doesn’t accept their attitude toward the client, so they will no longer be working with our company
The client understood that our company doesn't tolerate the mistreating of our customersWe asked her to give us a second chance to prove that we can complete this job correctly Her only request was that she no longer wanted to work with these salesmenOur conversation was very calm and respectful and we were able to reach a mutual agreement She accepts our apologies, and we know that the problem is solved
