turned out, I was extremely busy for weeks and had to call her back to inform her that I did not want to keep her waiting. I informed her that my brother, [redacted], was also a handyman/ carpenter and I could send him to go see her. Apparently, they worked out an agreement and there was some confusion as to the price regarding the scope of work to be done. At that time, I was not aware that she had given him a deposit check.Meanwhile, [redacted] has fallen off the face of the earth. Both [redacted] and I have been attempting to contact her for MONTHS at the only phone number provided.([redacted]. The phone goes to voicemail on the first ring, indicating that it is turned off. She never answers the phone at any hour of the day or night and leaving her messages repeatedly is an exercise in futility as she never returns calls.I am a ONE man handyman services. I have NO employees or helpers. I gave her [redacted]'s contact information as a courtesy for her to deal with him directly as she did before she decided to disappear. He has now returned to California where he resides and he informs me she will not answer or return his calls either.I recieved NO money from her and did not enter into any agreement with her.
