The consumers vehicle was towed because of the rules that are set forth by the apartment complexMr [redacted] stated that there company has a written contract with the apartment complex to do random patrons on the propertiesSee signs posted through out the propertyAlso, Mr [redacted] [redacted] stated that the business will not issue any billing adjustments

I tried finding a way to edit my submission but was unable toI failed to mention that the bill of sale must be notarized by their company as well for the [redacted] to accept it

Called business spoke with Brian he stated that an email was sent to the consumer with the accurate information he needs

The issue has been resolved and I am satisfied

These guys are disgustingI came there to pick up my vehicle that they towed I guess out of boredom with nothing better to do at the wee hours of the morning, and there business looked like a dump I wasn't sure if I was there to pick up my car or dump off my trashI've had my vehicle towed by others before that were actual educated business people that knew how to communicate with humans on a mature level and they worked with me on the pricingBut I guess if your not clean enough to make your business look professional your not educated enough to negotiateSo if your ever looking for who towed your car look for the *** shack off the side of the highway ??
