I have used David's Appliance Service several times within the last year and have found [redacted] and his business to be excellent! [redacted] has always answered and returned my phone calls personally, and has worked with me to set up a time that would work for ME for him to come to my home. I even had to call back to reschedule and it was not a problem at all. [redacted] has always gone above an beyond to help me and my family and has even helped by answering small questions I have that did not necessarily pertain to the original reason of his visit. His prices are very reasonable and I always feel confident that he is giving me the honest price for the work that he is doing. I could not recommend anyone better for appliance service! David's Appliance Services are always eager and quick to help when we have an emergency situation at one of our rental properties. They are honest and have fair pricing on a job well done. We are happy to have them on our team here at Old South Properties.

I work for one of the leading property management companies in Pace. We use David's Appliance Service on about 90% of our appliance repair needs. Over the hundreds of service calls we've sent [redacted] on, he has been prompt at setting up the times, he has been very reasonably priced, he has been professional, he has fixed the problem first try or given an honest recommendation on an alternative to repair (if the appliance wasn't worth repairing) and we have not received one negative complaint from any of our tenants. I would recommend using David's appliance for any of your appliance repair needs.

Do not use this company! [redacted], the owner, treated me like trash with no provocation. My property manager hired him to fix our stove. I called multiple times, and each time he would not answer. If he called me back and I missed the call, I would return his call within an hour with no response. After we finally scheduled an appointment (which was not an appointment at all, but a range of times between 10-12.) He was rude about having to travel to Pensacola to see us, although his webpage and my property manager state that he happily travels to these places. When the appointment time came, I waited and waited with no call or show up, so I called him. What I got was the rudest, most pretentious phone call I had ever gotten from a so-called "professional." He said he called me a dozen times (to which I got no calls) and that he had driven all the way over here and "wasted his gas." I understood that this could have been issues on my phone or his phone, so I ignored it. However, when I asked him to come the next day, or even two days from now, he said he would not be able to come out unless it was at 8am, which is highly inconvenient for me and my roommates because we're all in college and have tight schedules (school-related, work related, and sleep related!) So he told me, and I quote, "You really can't wake up a few hours earlier to get the stove fixed? I mean come on." So I said, "No, actually it would be very inconvenient for us." So he said, and again I quote, "Maybe if you weren't up partying all night and getting wasted, then you could get up early enough to get the stove fixed." This completely threw me off guard and I was shocked at his rude demeanor. He repeated, "Not to be rude, but come on" multiple times as if my lifestyle was any of his business. He rudely profiled me, stereotyped me, and in the grand scheme of things, discriminated against me because I don't want to wake up at 8am. Horrible customer service, rude manager, and very difficult to contact and make appointments. I would NOT at all recommend this company.
